So today I had my first A level exam and of course I went through the typical stages, the worrying, the doubting and of course the exam stress. I wanted to make sure I revised everything possible but of course…I didn’t. Everyone gets this stress at some point but is there much point? Sure it’s scary and worrying at times but we shouldn’t get this stressed over it.
After the exam I have to say I felt very relieved because it went so much better than I thought, but I don’t want to jinx it so I haven’t said much about out. It made me realise that all the stress, all the butterflies and feeling sick was really over nothing. It really just comes back to overthinking.
Whatever exams you guys are going through, try to not get so stressed. If you’ve put the effort in it’ll come out great. Good luck guys.
